I seek inspiration from many sources. Sometimes they appear Loud and in BOLD.
This week has been no exception. It began with quotes reflecting on the new moon energy. Continuing with my mentor, Linda Binns, talking about the importance of “Reset.” Followed by others talking about newness.
Every so often, my inner introvert AKA that little voice, rises to the surface.
It frequently shows up when I’m about to tip forward and wants to keep me safe by keeping me where I am currently at. It loves to hold onto deep rooted conditioning.
My internal power struggles.
“No. You can’t.”
“Yes, I can.”
“No.” “Yes.” “No.” “Yes.” “No.” “Yes.” You get the picture.
I’ve learned to embrace my inner introvert.
When it speaks Loud and in BOLD, it is trying to teach me something.
When I listen, great things happen.
I often need to remind myself to listen.
My natural tendency is to retreat. “Nobody likes me. Everybody hates me. I’m going to eat some worms.” Does anyone else remember that camp song?
I remind myself to “Be The Change I Want To Be.”
What is your inner introvert (voice) saying?
